Who we are

Mohamed is a seasoned finance executive with 20 years of experience in various accounting, FP&A, treasury and risk management roles. He is a hands-on leader, team builder, and articulate communicator with proven ability to build and manage teams, develop financial models, and drive decision making in a fast-paced environment. 

Mohamed started his career on Wall Street as a financial analyst, corporate controller, and VP of Finance for a leading software provider. He led the day-to-day financial operations, audit preparation, treasury management, and all FP&A. After 10 years in New York, Mohamed joined an investment fund based in Warsaw, Poland as a Managing Director, leading the funds efforts into diversifying their portfolio investments abroad and managing the financial operations of several portfolio companies. 

Mohamed has a strong background and expertise with scaling SaaS companies in fintech and healthcare. He has led the Finance and HR functions, raised $150M+ in equity and structured debt, and mitigated risk in high growth organizations which were recognized as Inc 500/5000 fastest growing companies in the US in consecutive years. 

Throughout his career Mohamed has garnered a vast network of banking and lending partners as well as several VC and private equity investors. 

Mohamed holds a BBA in Finance from the George Washington University and is currently in Los Angeles where he enjoys watching sports, riding his motorcycle, and traveling around the world.

Michael is a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in diverse technology environments. With an  expertise spanning cloud solutions (AWS and Azure), cybersecurity frameworks, and SaaS development.  

As a leader, Michael foster's collaboration and continuous learning within multidisciplinary teams (IT, DevOps, Security), consistently prioritizing compliance and risk management.  Key achievements include spearheading HITRUST certifications and launching multiple scalable SaaS solutions.  

Beyond the tech and leadership, Micheal brings a unique blend of experiences and  a problem-solving approach having worked in fast paced startup environments. When he's not busy securing networks or building cloud infrastructure, Micheal is a mentor, a lifelong learner, and an advocate for integrating cutting-edge technology into every facet of business operations. 

Outside the office, you'll find him cooking, gardening, capturing the world through his camera lens, or perhaps even dabbling in construction.

Juan Diaz brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and compliance to The Crown Acquisition Group, where he serves as our Sr. Director & General Manager (US).  

His career began in New York with Centex, followed by senior roles at Verizon and UPS in Texas.  After relocating to Los Angeles in 2019, Juan joined a leading healthcare software provider, expanding his expertise in accounting management. 

Juan is a highly process-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing workflows and automating data flow, making him adept at process improvement, data analysis, and ensuring seamless compliance.  

Juan's experience spans diverse industries, including telecommunications, transportation, and healthcare, and he possesses a deep understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ASC 606.  

Outside of his professional achievements, Juan enjoys sharing his love of authentic Mexican cuisine and learning about AI.

Christelle is a highly motivated and experienced medical technologist who transitioned into an HR coordinator and administrative assistant role.  Thanks to her experience in hospital and healthcare settings Christelle possess strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. 

Christelle has a very detailed oriented nature and expertise in vendor and employee record management, inventory processing, and record-keeping. Always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty Christelle is driven to leverage her existing skill set and expand it with training, documentation and recruiting.  

Outside of work Christelle strives for continued professional development and growth and holds 

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science from San Pedro College.
